Remittance should accompany order unless an account has been established with Trinity Ceramic Supply, Inc. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, Amex, Discover or Master Card. Schools, government agencies and other institutions may purchase using their purchase order number.
Trinity pledges to fill your order promptly and correctly. We ship via the best carrier to fit your needs. Your order is guaranteed to leave our dock complete and in good condition. Under normal circumstances, we will ship your order within 6 to 10 days of receipt of order. We do not ship torn bags or damaged goods.
Exchanges or Returns are permitted for items received in less than new condition, damaged products due to shipping, or for inaccurate orders. Refunds are processed on unused, resellable product.
We ask that if you should need to return or exchange a product, you do so immediately. We will not accept returns on moist clays after 30 days from the time of purchase.

Trinity’s Responsibility

circumstances, we will ship your order within three business days if the order is placed by 12pm. If an item is not in stock,
we will call you to determine the next step of action. We do not ship torn bags or damaged goods.
Your Responsibility
Anticipate delivery and provide adequate unloading facilities. Always retain your freight bill
and bill of lading until you are satisfied that the shipment is complete and in good condition.
Any damage should be noted on the freight bill by the driver. It is your responsibility to initiate
claims with the shipper within 10 days. Even though our responsibility for your order ends
when picked up by the carrier, we will assist you in any way we can.
